The site shares general information and passes each request to one independent local roofer. It isn't a roofing contractor. It performs no roof work, writes no bids, quotes no prices, signs no contracts and stays out of insurance claims.

Any estimate, contract, warranty or job is strictly between you and the roofer. Before you sign anything, look up the roofer's Iowa contractor registration on the state's lookup and ask for proof of insurance.

Costs, laws and storm facts on the site are general information drawn from public sources, and they can change. Treat it as background only: it is not a quote, not legal advice and not a promise of any result.

Please use the form only for a real roofing request at a property you own or manage, and don't enter another person's details without their permission.

To the extent the law allows, the site is not responsible for any roofer's work, prices, conduct or warranties. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
